» LNR Property named two new co-CEOs: Justin Kennedy and Tobin “Toby” Cobb. Both previously worked at Deutsche Bank.

» Real estate company Avatar Holdings hired Jon M. Donnell as president and CEO; he had been co-founder and principal of Sarasota-based Monticello Group. Donnell replaces Gerald D. Kelfer, who is retiring but will remain vice chairman.

» Burger King Holdings promoted Jonathan Fitzpatrick to executive vice president of global operations. The company also hired Heitor Goncalves as executive vice president and chief information and performance officer; Greg Ryan as executive vice president and president of Latin America and the Caribbean; Daniel Schwartz as executive vice president and deputy CFO; Jose Tomas as executive vice president, chief human resources and communications officer; Steve Wiborg as executive vice president and president of North America.

» Crispin Porter + Bogusky promoted co-Chief Creative Officer Andrew Keller to CEO and partner Jeff Steinhour to president. Former CEO Jeff Hicks became vice chairman.

» Integrated communications firm Jeffrey Group promoted Mike Valdes-Fauli to president. He had been U.S. managing director. He replaces Jorge Ortega.

» Jack Lowell, vice president of Flagler Real Estate Services, began his term as chairman of the Beacon Council, the county’s economic development organization.

» TotalBank hired Joel Palatnik as head of its new wealth management division. He had worked at Legacy Wealth Management.
